Lead with your head if that makes sense. So look where you want to end up. Basically if you turn your head more your shoulders will follow and then the rest of your body can too. Your head only turned 90° from where you hopped, if you turn your head a full 180 the rest of your body should follow. You’re not far off at all, keep trying and you’ll have em down

  2. Maybe practice how to revert out of a fakie would help? Like roll up into that bank, and when rolling backwards, you’ll need to time the ideal moment to either halfcab or rotate or slide your bike back to rolling forwards.
Once you’ve figured out how to do that, a flat 180 should be a lot easier to complete.
    Good luck!🙂

  3. Exaggerate your carve, and start from there. Also try not to think of rolling out at first just concentrate on getting the 180 down.

  4. When you pull and yank for the 180, stay over your bike. Looks like you’re leaning left at take off which is making you put your foot down since you land leaned over. Gotta land with your body over the top of your bike.

Look straight down when you land, if you’re not looking right at your top tube, and looking off to one side or the other, than work to fix that.

    Good luck!

  5. Sometimes when I dust off my 180-on-flat skill, I think I may land rear wheel first to feel things out. For some reason it helps me ease back into doing them. Maybe it’s a “me” thing?
