If wheels are Carbon i would say $1500. If not probably around $1200. Very beatiful color!

That’s a super duper nice set of wheels. Those wheels alone retailed for like $2500 USD, and a stock Defy Advanced 2 at this time retailed for like $3500 USD.
Based on the Shimano R7000 11 speed groupset and out front cables that are not routed through the fork and stem, this is probably a 2023 Defy.
You can easily list this for like 2k and you wouldn’t have any troubles selling it. If you’re familiar with bikes, I would actually sell it with a cheaper alloy wheelset and sell the wheels separately. You can get at least $1000 usd for the wheels alone and probably sell the bike with some alloy wheels for $1500-$1700 all day. You can buy a used set of alloy road disc wheels with rotors and tires for like $200 on marketplace.
