Hey canyon friends, I am trying to point my dexcom receiver to my handlebars so I can get up to date readings while I bike. It has a smooth backing so it most likely will need some type of adhesive make end. What would be the best way to mount this? Thanks in advance!

Handlebar has some screw holes on the bottom right? Best way would probably be to 3D design and print a simple bracket

Then the appropriate mount
This one here fits well:

A quick search shows that Dexcom supports Garmin devices. For example a regular Garmin bike computer + standard Canyon mount could be a way.
I ordered a 3d printed one off Etsy but took a month to arrive. In the mean time I made homemade one that worked just as well. I took a wahoo clip and drilled a hole through it big enough for the headset bolt. Then just mounted it there. It worked so good I almost cancelled my 3d print.
If you can find an STL file of a 3d printed mount. I don’t mind printing you it and shipping it to you on your dime. I just got a 3d printer and it’s wild what people charge for simple to print mounts.
Aren’t there screws on the bottom side of the handle bar? Some aero handle bars support this.
Hot glue
I bought a bottom bar / stem mount off Etsy. It holds my bike light and Garmin. It also holds a hidden AirTag too. Pretty damn sweet.
Regular Garmin out front mount from Canyon and adhesive Garmin plate (e.g. from Amazon) on the back of the receiver
Hit up your local 3d printing fb group and explain your issue. They’ll jump at the opportunity to design and print something custom.
I have this mount that would fit, with light. Retail for $159, never been used. I can ship it for $110. Just let me know.
