Riding opportunities are oh so tied into the weather. This winter has been the worst amount of riding I’ve done in December in at least 8 years. Too much slick ice at times on rutted roads and at other times just enough snow for snowmobiles to get running the local forest roads but not enough to get a good base. Just have a chewed up mess similar to running in dry sand. Finally got snowmobile trails packed enough to get on and go yesterday and today it is going to rain. Winter is a slower speed lower days available to ride season. Got to wait for your opportunity and go for as long as you can on that day.
