Angelus makes repair kit and filler for leather. The hardest part is to color match it.

Take it to a shoe repair place and they can fix it. I had some leather lakes I crashed in that the leather got road rash and they fixed it. You can still see it when up close, but they are white so from a few feet away you cant tell
