I am having a problem with the seatpost / clamp on my 2023 Ultimate CF SL 7.

When I have the seatpost in and tightened to 75% spec, I notice there is some wobbling when I put pressure on the saddle. This wobbling creates some indentations in the carbon of the seatpost itself — it is on the measurement numbers where the screw seems to be tightening into the seatpost (pictured). It caused my first seatpost to be dangerously cracked/unrideable. I ordered another stock seatpost (SP0055), covered it generously in carbon paste, reinstalled, and tightened to 50%-100% spec, only to find that the wobbling of the post continued with some small divots appearing again on the new post (If I wobbled it more, I'm sure it would crack like the old one).

This makes me think it has something to do with the tightening screw / clamp rather than the seatpost itself, but I am not sure how to tell if the clamp is broken or how to service that screw. Any ideas? Photos attached
