  1. I work construction down in that heat, Had heat stroke once, scary feeling, Not enough salt, I would sip soy sauce and alot of water, bananas for the cramps it saved my life, Kona heat is no joke

  2. I know that feeling. Well, not exactly that one, but definitely stuffing my shoulders with ice water sponges and filling my cap with cubes. At one aid station, a volunteer dumped a whole trash can of ice water on me. I will never forget that feeling for as long as I live.
