3 years ago, I built this 70’s Peugeot up to start commuting to work on. It started out as a $30 eBay frame and ended up as my beloved dynamo lit, Di2 frankencommuter. Unfortunately, the many kilometers over these years have taken their toll on an already old frame. The fork folded during a gravel ride and now the frame has lost enough rigidity I can no longer use my panniers. Out of safety the time has come to retire it.

What a beautiful bike! I’m glad that it’s final days/moments were times when it could know that it was valued and well loved…not all vintage road bikes get to be so cared for
