Acceptable amount of tire wobble for a brand new tire?
Just purchased, seated bead twice with plenty of soapy water. It will be on the front so I’m not sure if it’s acceptable or if I need to try and warranty or something. Trying to decide before I go and ride it.
could it be your wheels? – ride it around on the street a bit at lower psi as well.

My latest pair of maxxis has a ton of wobble. My mechanic (uci trained/certified) claims it’s fine, just said maxxis occasionally has that more often. I’ve had a lot of maxxis and this set was the worst. Been riding them fine not noticing anything after I stopped worrying about it. I’ve got as much or a tad more than you.

Also make sure the bead is even around both sides of the wheel. You’ll be able to see a line along the edge.

is it maxxis? They have awful QC and awful tires in general.

That amount of wobble wouldn’t bother me at all.

Just ride it, it’s fine. And the new Dissectors are awesome ( I liked the old ones too)

For a Maxxis, yes.
