Hi all. I bought an old beaten up 2007 Brompton to restore and modernise. There is some rust on the rear triangle as the paintwork is chipping off, leaving the metal exposed. I’ve noticed now we’re coming up to winter (literally raining every day in the UK) that the rust is looking more vibrant.
What are my options to slow or completely stop this process without needing to buy a new triangle?
Also, how severe is this? I’m not sure how serious I need to take this.
