  1. Same question as others had: When you say "turn your body" do you just mean that you're leaning over in the same plane, or are you twisting your torso? Thanks!

  2. Too difficult for me with slightly arthritic hips Will but I am always interested in your tips. Now I am doing the sitting down and getting up from a hard chair as often as I can. Thanks 😊

  3. You twice said that the exercise involves turning the body, yet I see no rotation of your body. I believe you should have said that you “tilt” the body. Please clarify.

  4. Ceł nie płacą panstwa eksportujące do Stanów tylko amerykanscy klienci tak w ogóle dlatego Trumpa otrzeźwiło gdy pojawily się zapowiedzi cen na chińską – czyli prawie całą – elektronikę.

  5. For everyone asking about twisting/turning, just do the exercise like he does in the vid. Don't try to rotate, just lean. You should be able to feel it directly in your glutes after a set. Having said that, I always vary my posture slightly when doing a new exercise to see where it affects MY muscles instead of assuming that we're all alike. Body builders do that and get quite good at it. (Thanks, Arnold.)

  6. One year into a re-injured meniscus tear that had nearly healed, my body, joints and muscles are now so out of balance, I can’t even stand on one leg for more than a few seconds. 😢 And I now have a bowed leg that started about 7 months ago. I never had a bowed leg in my life. I was a body builder and a competitive dancer.

  7. This would have been extremely helpful if someone told me about this 20 years ago. Unfortunately, the medical community where I live solely believe in drugs will fix everything mentally. I now know that drugs do more harm than good. Any type of drugs, even something as simple as Tylenol.
