  1. growing up David Gilmour was a big deal guitarist for Pink Floyd of course and I ss most every other guitarist loved his music and solos anyway he sure avoided answering the question of was he influenced by Jimi’s playing, seriously I know several musicians what the world calls bigtime professional musicians and so many refuse to admit Jimi’s a influence on the guitar playing, and it blows my freakin mind because I know they grew up in the same generation as me and they are guitarist and I just can’t see how anyone any guitarist especially says Jimi fn Hendrix didn’t influence them.. so, I’m gonna be bold enough to say that I’m calling BS on every single one of them… peace gregbaugh

  2. Jimi never really existed period. He's a spook story guitar players are told by their parents."Better behave or Jimi will come and smoke you" Ask Clapton.

  3. Stones , Beatles & Gilmour all in the same club to see a little unknown Jimi Hendrix ranked #1 by rolling stone as the greatest guitarist 🎸of all times year after year after year 🔥I really love❤this man 👞👞

  4. Imagine 50 years from now some kid in an interview, " Yeah, I worked for this old man named Rick Beato and…huh? Yeah, oh yeah, David Gilmour, got to meet him, mmm hmm, and , who else? Let's see, oh gosh,…there was the great Les Claypool from Primus, that's right. Elvis? Nooo, haha , unfortunately….."

  5. And what’s quite humorous is that Linda Keith… who famously introduced Jimi to Chas Chandler in New York… had also taken Jimi around to introduce him to A&R men… in New York. None were interested. Funny enough. You could blame racism. But what about the Decca execs who knocked back the Beatles saying that “guitar music is on the way… out
