Noticed this today while lowering the air pressure. 2026 Fox 36 SL 140mm w/ GripX damper. Happens at the same spot in the stroke regardless of pressure (virtually zero PSI in this video) and speed of stroke, so pretty sure it's not the crown/steerer interface. Compression and rebound settings have no effect on the noise, also removed all of the volume spacers to rule them out. Ruled out cables and housing knocking around. It feels like something is catching with about 10mm of travel remaining and then releasing when let out to about 50mm of travel remaining- it's subtle vibration that can be felt but a pretty loud click. Does this consistently at the exact same spots in the stroke. Can't say 100% for certain, but it feels like it's coming from the air spring side. Fork has maybe 10 to 15 hours on it tops. I'm guessing it has always done this and I just didn't realize it as I wasn't going through all of the travel. Any ideas? Seems abnormal.
