Unless you're on a high batteried e-bike forget making more than £60 realistically a day long-term. It's not doable unless you're in London. I live in Bournemouth and it's shit.

You handled the food falling out of the bag well, unfortunate stuff happens sometimes. And if I can manage to do 10 hour deliveries on a normal push bike you'll manage doing 10 hours on an ebike. You got this! (Had to use it as my ebike broke >.<)
