A good year ago I started my cycling carreer. Last year I got myself a Cube Nuroad C62 One.

Now I'd like to get my first major upgrade. I'm planning to get myself some Light Bycycle WG55 rims (love their wide and deep profile) with a DT Swiss 240 hub.
Together with the new wheelset I'm also planning to get some new tires.

I'm riding about 60% on normal roads, 30% on category 1 gravel and 10% on category 2 gravel. Therefore I'm looking towards a slick gravel tire.

The only thing I can't decide yet is whether I should go tubeless or use tubes. Currently I'm running the stock butyl tubes the bike came with. I initially though switching to tpu would be the right move but apparently tubeless is the way to go for gravel.

I'd love to get some feedback an opinions on what would be the best solution for my planned upgrade, especially considering my rather road focussed bike usage.
