You won’t want to do this too often before you decide to spring for a hitch rack though. Maybe in an emergency although I’d probably just remove both wheels and stick it in the trunk.

I finally bought a bike with a detachable front wheel and I drive a Subaru Impreza. It's 3:40 in the morning right now but i'm excited to see if it is really that easy once the sun rises
