Safe, comfortable, and consistent #cyclist infrastructure is necessary if a #city wants to increase the procentage of cylists in its modal share. Cities like #amsterdam or #copenhagen know that, others – like #berlin or #vienna – are learning it know, but #warsaw #poland takes one step further.

Our city installed bike teleports. At first glance they might look like holes in the bike infrastructure, but they actually are a piece of technology of the future. Netherlands and Denmark are soooo behind! Thank you @miastostolecznewarszawa @rafal.trzaskowski @NotJustBikes @gcn @modacitylife @CoachBalto @CityNerd

What does bike infrastructure in your city look like?

If you’ve ever been to Amsterdam or Copenhagen, you might have heard that those cities are extremely bike friendly. You might have even biked around and you felt amazing there. But as bike friendly as they are, do they actually have a piece of technology that Warso does? Bike teleports. This bike path continues along the city hall of Warsaw down this way and then it ends, at least seemingly. If you continue down this way, you’ll be teleported to essentially any part of a city. [Applause] I would like to see Amsterdam or Copahhang and do
