  1. I’ve noticed there are very different opinions when it comes to subtitles vs. voice-over!
So I’ve created a poll in the Community tab! Feel free to vote and let me know what you prefer! I’d love to hear your thoughts 🫶

  2. I LOVE THIS VIDEO, SONIA!!!! I prefer the subtitles way more. It’s sooooo immersive and lends itself well to the POV experience. I hope you make more videos in this style. 🤍

  4. as a teen at Lycee Marie Curie I loved M Pagnol's "La gloire de mon pere" & "le chateau de ma mere". now i have an idea of what provence looks like. I rented a car and drove around France for 2 weeks but I didn't visit provence. c'est dommage

  5. That’s a very tough call between Saignon and Rousillon, in my opinion. Both just magical. On the other hand, i’d advise anyone to skip Gordes, so overrated….unless you enjoy starting your day with a 20 minute steep climb uphill in the full sun….not for me!

  6. HI Sonia, I really love your video. The music in the background is serene and tranquil, and makes me feel like I am there. Do you mind sharing the source of your music? You have fantastic taste! Thank you for making such lovely content.

  7. I just came back from Nancy and Metz France. We are also in Switzerland to see my daughter and another daughter in Germany. It was too much in 2 weeks. I want a slower pace like this thank you so much. I love France

  8. This video feels authentic, capturing the natural sound and avoiding overly promotional elements or extraneous information. It creates a pleasing and relaxing viewing experience.

Really calming to watch, especially if you're feeling overwhelmed. It really helps to relax you like a calming sweet lullaby at the end of the day. ❤

  10. I have lived in France for over 20 years & I would like to say how beautiful your video is & how it really shows what rural life here is like. No voice-over is wonderful as the sounds of nature & local life of these places gives a better appreciation of the atmosphere that exists in these magial villages.
