Pic from the Washington Area Bicyclists’ Association (WABA) Cider Ride which happened today (4 Nov). My friend and I decided to ride our Brompton‘s this year. Last year we rode our full-size bicycles and saw a really cool couple out on their Brompton’s. So we decided this year we would ride as well. Funny enough this year, that same couple came with their full-size bikes, but remembered us.
Always enjoy all the questions which come when Brompton shows up to a cycling event like this. Causes a whole lot of smiles, especially if you’re picking them up when they’re folded, or rolling them through a parking lot. Gets people thinking about the right place And context for foldable multimodal vehicles.
