Revisiting the bonk 180 with a free coaster

My cassette wheel has broken 3 spokes so far so I switched to my free coaster from my old stock fit and boy has it been like relearning to ride. So I’ve been trying spend my sessions just finding creative ways to roll backward. I like this but I know I could bonk a little harder, also some bloopers
