I got some Trek Circuit cycling shoes, I bought a foot measure device that put me at just below 45 on my right and basically spot on on my left, and I got wide feet apparently so I got them 45 wide. Well the right foot is basically perfect but my left foot it feels like one of my toes is being pushed on, even leaves a little red mark on the knuckle.
So TLDR do the Trek shoes run a size too small?

Honestly? In my experience they run big!
Shoes are one of those things that you might be better off going to your local shop and buying in person.
