Day 11 of cycling the entire UK coastline with Taco 🐾 — and this one’s full of flavour.

We start the day in a local café with a monster breakfast burrito that gets a little cheesy 🧀 before I head north through the peaceful Tentsmuir Forest, crossing the dramatic Tay Road Bridge toward Dundee. A tight lift at the bridge almost traps the trike — a proper heart-in-mouth moment — before the adventure continues to Doughty Castle and finally Arbroath, home of the famous Arbroath Smokie. I try it… but the jury’s still out. 😅
