I’m currently looking for a bike that I can take around town and university, but where I can also ride on some light off road trails in my local nature reserve (I’m in the UK).
The seller for the vitus offered £170 and the merida seller is asking for £90.
My area is only a bit hilly so i’m just looking for a bike to do a bit of everything. I’ve never used 650b tyres before (vitus), so i’m not sure how easy it is to go around town with them, but I feel like it would be great for some light off-roading in the winter. But the merida is a lot cheaper, so i’d have more peace of mind parking the bike around town.
Both bikes are my size btw.
