Today marks 5 months since the injury. But it’s a good day. Not only because I got some shiny new stuff from Zift, but also because they’ve dropped some new maps. And weirdly and rather poetically, those just happen to be in New York where my season ended. So I thought, what better way to round out the cycle than to channel my inner American. Now these were about as close as you’ll get to the real thing, even if you can’t smell the hot dogs and opportunity. But what I can say with absolute certainty, it’s still an epic playground and one in which I may just be able to salvage some previous form. But for now, at least, you’ll find me celebrating the little wins.
