Day 10 of cycling the entire UK coastline with Taco, and what a ride it is!

We leave Leven and take the long scenic way to St Andrews, the Home of Golf, hugging the winding Fife coastline through picturesque fishing villages and sea-sprayed trails. Along the way, I stop at the Alexander Selkirk statue in Lower Largo (yes. the real-life inspiration for Robinson Crusoe), gifted a coffee in Crail, and experience yet more incredible kindness from strangers who keep this journey alive.

But it’s not all smooth rolling, I end up on a rough trail that proves too much for the trike, forcing a reroute before arriving at my next hosts’ home, where I meet Stevie the Sheep 🐑 — the perfect ending to another unforgettable day on the road.

📍 Route: Leven → Lower Largo → Crail → St Andrews
🚴‍♂️ Distance: ~45 km
🐶 Companion: Taco the Adventure Dog

🎥 About the Journey:
After surviving 40 % burns, I set out to cycle the entire UK coastline to raise awareness for mental health and burn survivors — proving that healing can happen through adventure, kindness, and community.
