I just received my Grail CF SL 7 this week. Love the bike but I feel that the geometry is a bit too aggressive for me as a beginner. I am sure I will get used to it eventually but right now it’s a bit difficult for me, as I’m getting some mild back pain when riding. I rode mostly mountain bikes before so it’s going to be my first road bike.
That said, I saw that Canyon recently restocked some new Endurace models. So I was thinking about picking one up and comparing the two bikes side by side and eventually send the one back that I don’t vibe with.
Does that even make sense? Are the geometries between the two bikes that much different?
Maybe someone in here was in a similar situation as I am right now and is willing to share some thoughts.
