Hi, Janusz Dąbrowski welcomes you as usual several times a week. I’d like to ask you to subscribe, like, and comment, as I hope you enjoy this program. What will the program be about? How to develop and implement your own program, an eco-program. Call it what you like, an eco-program, a comprehensive health and beauty program, because the two are intertwined. I talk about this often, and I also talk about it in my latest book. I’ll advertise myself, and I’ll do it at all costs, for a transformation. I’m very happy to have published it. I’m truly damn pleased. Beauty born from nature, a luxury that begins within. So the thing is, our beauty—well, listen, it’s the result of what we do, what’s happening inside us. So this book, oh, it’s about colostrum, including its effects on beauty and so on. A large book, a major publication, can make a great gift for various reasons, such as holidays, names, and so on. So, my dears, there’s a lot of talk about this. The point is to prevent us from getting sick these days, because generally, the MAS Media, so to speak, bombards us with preventative healthcare, which is supposed to primarily involve early screening. Early screening so that we can detect illness early. Why would they detect illness immediately and then treat you? That is, the medical system will treat us. Well, I don’t want anyone to treat me. I want to be healthy, meaning I don’t want to get sick, so I insist on a completely different kind of prevention, a different kind of prevention. That is, I do everything I can to protect my body, to ensure I’m always in a state of well-being, to feel good, to have high productivity, a fulfilled life, to have pink elephants popping up in my head, and so on and so forth. So, simply, I should look at the world, maybe not through blue glasses, but through rose-colored glasses, but I also see much better through these blue glasses, and so on. Of course, it’s worth getting preventative tests, getting checked just in case, and so on, and possibly confirming that what I’m doing is truly having a perfect effect on me—it’s settled. So, my dears, I’ve prepared a special presentation today. I showed it once during one of the webinars I hosted not so long ago, and I decided to simply record it. Especially since there were rumblings about it appearing somewhere out there, so I have nothing to hide here, so I’ll simply present you with a clear picture of what we have, what threats we face, what can negatively impact us, our health, our beauty, and so on. What can we do? I won’t go into specifics, like using this, that, drinking this, drinking that in doses, and so on, and so forth. This isn’t the place for that. If anyone wants something like this, you’ll just have to talk individually. If you’d like, you’re welcome. I always provide my contact information in the program description, under the program description: [email protected] or email address: Janusz Dą[email protected] or, for Polish letters, Kaski Janusz Dabrowski. The matter is settled. Here ‘s my website, and my contact information is listed there, etc., so you can contact me on WhatsApp as Janusz Dąbrowski. You can write, write, or send me some information first. Don’t call, so I don’t give out my phone number. Because, as you know, life is life. Sometimes I give lectures, or I just do nothing. These are rather rare occasions. So, my dears, I’ll get to the point. I’ll share some material with you in the form of a presentation I’ve prepared. And it’s the kind of comprehensive material, worth reading, simply reflecting on. There will also be plenty of images to make it memorable. So, my dears, why an eco-friendly health and beauty program? Why do we need this? Why do we need this? Each of us lives, spends money, works. So what else can be added? It turns out, my dears, we can start with those who can do it for the first time. They found our channel, who I am. So, I’m an author, publicist, lecturer, and a proponent of preventative health care for many, many years, almost 30 years, as well as of so-called anti-aging and longevity engineering . Here, of course, is the channel, since you’ve already entered, Janusz Dąbrowski’s Health Colors , and possibly the website www.januszdabrowski.pl. There, on the list, or rather, in the tabs, is a shop. You can read the rather extensive book descriptions and get a feel for what they’re about. Covers are, of course, displayed, and so on. And here, let’s start with a certain characteristic. Dear friends, you can graduate from many schools, but you can never stop educating yourself. I’ll add something else, because my friends often say, “But listen, this guy is so educated and everything, so intelligent.” I say, “Okay, that’s cool.” I mean, there are certain subtexts, because we’re talking about certain people who often make headlines and so on, and also about people who practice medicine. But I say, listen, I’m being blunt, of course. I say, listen, but education and intelligence are not the same as wisdom, because you can be uneducated and be a smart person. You can be an intelligent person and be a scoundrel. And being a scoundrel, hurting people, doesn’t mean that person is smart. They’re only intelligent. You can be an intelligent killer. That’s a load of rubbish, to put it mildly. So now, my dears, ignorance is the only enemy of man. But there are two kinds of ignorance. So-called negative ignorance. I, sir, have never heard of it, I’ve never read about it. It’s impossible. There is absolutely no such thing , because I haven’t heard of it. This is negative ignorance. This person won’t want anything because they already know everything. There’s also positive ignorance , and each of us is an ignorant person, including myself, who simply says, “Listen, this is the first I’ve heard of this . Gosh, can you tell me more about it, because I’d like to know.” And now, for example, I don’t know how a cell phone or a computer works . Yes. I know how to operate it, but I can’t fix a computer or a car because I’m ignorant in this area. Unless I want to learn, then my level of ignorance will simply decrease. And now, speaking of health, you know this text, this beginning of a beautiful poem. Noble health. No one will know what you taste like until you spoil. Of course, by Jan of Czarnolas, Jan Kochanowski, and according to the definition of the World Health Organization (WHO). Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, that is, a state of well-being. It’s not just the complete absence of disease or disability. And now the question: if we’re talking about health, we’re also talking about beauty, because each of us wants to look young, to look presentable, pretty, beautiful, to have nice skin, a shapely figure, and so on. But the question is, how does our lifestyle affect our health and beauty? And here’s the basic conclusion, one I often bring up. We’ll ensure our external beauty by taking care of our internal beauty first . External beauty is a mirror reflection of the body’s internal state. Meanwhile, my dears, look at the years passing by. We pass from childhood, adolescence, then, of course, some schooling, studies, work, and so on. And we have and we become schizophrenics. Why? Because each of us essentially succumbs to schizophrenia. People under 40 lose their health to make money, and after 40, they spend their hard-earned money to regain their health. And we think, but I’ll spend this money to enjoy life. How can you enjoy life if you don’t feel well? And therefore , our natural law, dear ones, whether we like it or not, is a state of complete health and well-being. When a person is healthy, they can truly enjoy the gift of life. But what does good health mean? It is a high level of pure energy. It is emotional balance. It is mental clarity. It is resistance to infectious diseases. It is the ability to defend against cancer and other diseases. The circulatory system. And these are the two main causes of death among Poles. The circulatory system: 140,000 circulatory system diseases and related deaths: 140,000 deaths; cancer: 100,000 deaths annually; 200,000 illnesses. As a result, all these factors lead to a slower aging process and a longer life. Therefore, we are supposed to introduce everything that is anti- aging and leads to landslide, to this trend of landslide, meaning a long, healthy, and fit life. Dear all, for many years I attended lectures by Dr. Horst Michaelis many times. He was the director of the Euroinstitute for Bioenergetic Medicine at the Academy of Bioenergetics in Lütenstein, who defined health as follows: physical and spiritual fitness. The greater fitness, the better health. I remembered this and wrote it down because I like writing and taking notes. Dr. Horst Michaelis, in fact, is a specialist in magnetostimulation. It was also largely thanks to him that several of my books in this field were written. In turn, Patrik Holford, an English physician, scientist, journalist, and writer, writes in his book “The Taste of Health,” a wonderful book in general, that at its deepest level, health is not simply the absence of pain or suffering, but the joy of life, a true sense of well-being. What does it mean to have a healthy body that allows you to enjoy the many pleasures of this world? And today we might ask ourselves, “Okay, but what has a fundamental impact on a person’s health?” The answer is simple , and I’m not really revealing anything, because you know all that. The fundamental issue is lifestyle, namely poor nutrition. Medical literature recognizes over 70 different diseases as diseases resulting from poor nutrition. Lack of exercise, meaning oxygen deprivation, poor blood circulation, and the conveniences of civilization that have made life easier but not necessarily improved. Stress, which is the first killer, the first ancestor, because stress causes a flood of cortisol, causing terrible toxicity and acidification of the body, i.e., the development of low-grade metabolic acidosis. Latent, meaning asymptomatic, hidden. And this is the root cause of over 70 diseases. If we’re talking about improper nutrition and these 70 diseases, yes, because improper nutrition causes acidification of the body. So listen, nothing contradicts each other here. Then there’s excess stimulants, which, again, do the same thing, poison the body, acidify it. And now look, here’s a diagram. These are the so-called Lalonda health fields. Morris Lalonda was many years ago, even a few decades ago, probably 30 years ago, the Minister of Health in Canada. And he created this diagram, showing what factors have the greatest impact on our health. And now, yes, the biggest factor that influences our health is lifestyle. And who influences our lifestyle ? Well, we ourselves were second only to the physical environment. We can also exert some influence, if possible, but as certain communities, genetic factors were third. I don’t entirely agree with him, because… But okay, Maurice Lalonte created his diagram almost 30 years ago and was unaware of today’s scientific studies, which say that to achieve so-called gene expression, meaning for genes to act inappropriately—let’s say these genes—it takes dozens to hundreds of different factors to act simultaneously. And then, later, healthcare accounts for only 10%. So, look at 53%, according to these fields, it depends on us. We have a colossal influence. And now, as we said, and now I’ll use the words of Professor Witold Różyło from the Institute of Cardiology in Anin, a member of the Polish Cardiac Society, who describes the basic factors that influence health: lifestyle, weight control, not smoking, proper nutrition, and regular, daily, moderate exercise. Then there are biochemical and biological factors, as well as genetic factors, but only in a certain group of patients. And we know that today, lifestyle diseases are taking an increasingly heavy toll. We have cardiovascular diseases. Cancer, gastrointestinal, obstructive, or airway-clogging diseases , such as emphysema, infertility, and sterility. Infertility is, so to speak, a calapitus with no way out. Infertility, however, can be exchanged for fertility, so to speak, but something causes infertility. Obesity as a disease and stress. At the same time, stress simply causes a huge number of diseases. And now it turns out that over 14% of Poles, or one in seven people, currently suffer from lifestyle diseases, so-called lifestyle diseases. Over 70 diseases. Why can’t academic medicine cure these people? Perhaps because it treats diseases, not people. In the 30-39 age group, as many as 5% of people in our country remain disabled as a result of these diseases. Each percentage should be read as 1%, 1 in 100. Five percent is five people in 100. 80% of society would avoid doctor visits only thanks to better, that is, rational nutrition. 80 people out of 100, almost 75 deaths worldwide, 75 out of 100, are caused by poor nutrition and metabolic disorders. And on average, we die a dozen or so years earlier because of this. Now it’s worth considering the value of those dozen or so years of life for each of us. What could we do with that time ? How could we act? Who could we spend time with? Who could we become? What could we give to others? What could we give to ourselves? What could we enrich ourselves with? I think it’s worth considering this for each of us, because I wonder too. Meanwhile, what is our health situation? We’ve already discussed it in part. A plague. 50% of the population in Europe is overweight. This is the so-called, listen up, XXL generation. In Poland, 50%, probably 4%, of the population is overweight. Childhood overweight and obesity are also a problem. Polish children are gaining weight the fastest in Europe. What can we say to parents? Get a grip. Obesity is proving to be a lifestyle disease more dangerous than AIDS. According to recent estimates, over a billion people in the world are obese. Nearly 880 million adults and almost 160 million children and adolescents. I’m sorry. In 2020, it was estimated that a total of approximately 2.6 billion people worldwide are overweight or obese, out of a total of practically 8 billion. If that’s the case, how many are there? So we’re dealing with global obesity , and obesity and overweight are becoming a social problem today. Many people struggle with being overweight, which leads to numerous body ailments. What are they? Urine, breast cancer, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, heart disease, gallstones, pancreatic cancer, pregnancy problems, type 2 diabetes, colon cancer, uterine cancer , osteoporosis, arthrosis, joint degeneration, gastroenteritis , depression. This, my dears, is only a part of the list. Only a part of the list. And the cause of excess weight is acidification. Whatever. You could say I’ve latched onto this problem, but I simply haven’t latched onto it, I just know. So here I have my small publication in front of me. What might not yet be known, what might not be known about body acidification and effective weight loss, and that’s exactly what I’m talking about, point by point. Listen, the publication is only 116 pages long. So what is it? You can simply read it. And now, problems with excess body weight don’t just affect adults. Childhood obesity is rising dramatically in most countries around the world , and doctors are warning that overweight children are at risk of developing many diseases in adulthood that could be avoided with preventative measures and proper nutrition. But the problem begins, my dears, even before birth, and the tragedy begins after birth. Why? Because many mothers, out of love, feed these children , whether breastfeeding or not, but they supplement them with what? With artificial formulas that are already too sweet, and these mothers even overfeed them because of the research. Maybe I’ll find it here again quickly. Just a moment, I think I will. I’ll share a quote with you. Wait a minute. One in five Polish mothers feeds their infants 10 meals a day, often adding sugar to the already overly sweet formulas. Milk. Eight preschoolers are obese. As many as 20% of Warsaw middle school students surveyed are overweight and obese. And seven out of 10 13- year-olds are so unfit that climbing the fourth floor is a challenge for them. Among 11-year-olds, Polish children are already the heaviest in Europe, and so on and so forth. Such quotes could simply be multiplied. We have a problem for pages. We have a problem. And now, what does type 2 diabetes in a 10-year-old mean, for example? Can you imagine diabetes in a 10-12-year-old? This is what American doctor J. Olszański, an American epidemiologist from the University of Illinois at Chicago, says. The blood vessels of such a child look like those of a 50-year-old man, an average American, who, as we know, Americans, have a lifestyle, what they eat, how they nourish themselves, and so on. And the scenario for the highest years looks as follows. First, we’ll witness a further escalation of the obesity epidemic among children and adolescents. Then, cases of diabetes, high blood pressure, and atherosclerosis will begin to fall among them, and then, not yet, the plague. But over the next 50 years, we’ll witness increasingly frequent deaths and a shortening of lifespan. We either break this terrible chain or we don’t. But if today we have a paidocracy, where children often rule in families, children throw whatever they take into baskets, into supermarket baskets, at eye level, where those candy bars, those jelly beans, and so on are placed. The child has to throw it in, and the mother has to pay. End of story, period, because she won’t say we won’t eat junk food, so-called junk food, dead food, dead food —these are the consequences. Fast food, the taste that lingers . This is what we’re leading ourselves to. Of course, this is just an extreme case. The question is, how can we cope? Is there a solution? A pill. A pill. A pill is a cure-all. A pill. It won’t solve the problem, it won’t purify the soil, it won’t purify the water, it won’t provide us with nutrients in a single pill, and so on. It won’t save our health or our lives. A pill can save our lives. I’m referring to light, typical treatments, of course, and so on, but it won’t save our health. And the greatest danger, the greatest evil, is the ingrained and perpetuated stereotype in our human consciousness that a pill is a cure-all. That’s how it usually begins, and that’s how it ends, my dears. And what’s our alternative and perspective? Those colorful capsules in a pensioner’s bag are from 1.30 to 1.40 , and it’s been proven that in at least a third of cancer cases, the so-called environmental factor—a poor diet, an unhealthy lifestyle , smoking, and environmental pollution—is the decisive factor. About 25% of the causes of cancer are still unknown, but 75% of the causes are precisely known. These are the environmental factors mentioned above . Did you know that 1.5 million Poles are at risk of coronary heart disease? This threat is growing dramatically among men over 45 and women over 55. Where will this end? In strokes, heart attacks, and so on. After all, you see, you hear, you have friends. It turns out this one has a heart attack, that one has a stroke. Young people often do. About 90% of Poles, or 90 out of 100 people, suffer from back pain, and is that all medical care is supposed to be about? They’ve taken us, they’re taking us, and they’re going to treat us. What does Chinese medicine say here? What does Chinese medicine say? We are solely responsible for our illnesses, and therefore, the medicine of the past is natural medicine. And what is it based on? On, among other things, our own knowledge. The point is for each of us to have some knowledge about the body and the processes that occur within it. That, my dears, is partly why my channel exists; it constantly produces these programs. No one pays me for this. I believe it’s my duty, because if I received this knowledge, I have to share it. Of course, the worker has to pay his own way, and I’m very happy to say this consciously. I recently posted it on my channel by Coffee. If you’d like, please support me. Listen, it’s about 10 PLN, it’s not an expense, so it’s support. More like energetic, so to speak, rather than some massive financial one. Unless 10, 1,000, excuse me, or 100,000 people donate 10 złoty each, then I’ll feel it. Of course, the average Pole lives eight years shorter than the average resident of the European Union. Why? What’s going on? And now look, we have these tables with negative factors reducing lifespan. I included these tables in the first volume of my book, Biomagnetism. So, smoking puts strain on the heart and circulatory system, aging the skin, impairing lung function, osteoporosis, cancer, and so on, minus 6 years. This is based on certain statistics. Incorrect diet. Junk food, fast food, an empty diet without minerals or vitamins, abundant only in fillers. Heart disease, circulatory system disease, cancer, hypertension, excess weight, diabetes minus 4 years, alcohol consumption minus 10 years, at least 10% excess weight, risk of diabetes, i.e., insulin resistance, hypertension, and general body acidification minus 3 years. Lack of exercise minus 2 years, high cholesterol minus 2 years. But this cholesterol level is caused by something, not by itself. Chronic stress. Increased blood sugar and lipid levels, decreased immunity , increased risk of infections and cancer, joint fatigue syndrome minus 3 years. I think even more. Persistent hypertension above 135 over 95 mmCi. Increased risk of stroke, increased risk of circulatory system failure. Increased risk of kidney failure minus 3 years , and intense, prolonged sunbathing minus 3 years, risk of skin cancer. Dear friends, it’s not about the sun being bad, or light being bad. It’s not about making a fool of yourself. Everyone, no excess is recommended. And here we have positive factors that increase life expectancy. So drinking alcohol. Oh ho ho. How was that there? B. And here it is, my dears. But what’s the point? In the form of red wine made from red grapes, no more than about a glass a day. Why? Because it contains a high content of so-called OPCs, or oligoproanthocyanidins. These are a type of bioflavonoid and other simply bioflavonoids. Among them, resveratrol. Do not overeat, a maximum of 1800 kcal per day, but it’s not the kilocalories that are the most important either. Up to 80% of the volume of your stomach, i.e., the volume of food the size of your fist, or at most a vegetarian or balanced diet. If someone eats meat, why not? But it can’t be every day. Regular physical exercise, a satisfying sex life, stress reduction, positive factors that increase lifespan. And that’s why, my dears, only a comprehensive approach to the patient guarantees the success of treatment and their return to full psychophysical health. What I mean by “comprehensive” is that here we should mention Maxel Mols’s theory on the psychocybernetic nature of the human being: mind, body, soul, or simply brain, body, spirit, soul. We must address these three spheres, because true strength lies in unity. Therefore, let’s not divide ourselves into three separate beings: physical, intellectual, and spiritual. All three are interdependent, interconnected. If we suffer mentally for some reason, if we are simply harmed, this will affect our bodies. This leads to the so-called somatization of emotional states. What we have in emotions is transferred to the soma, from the psyche to the soma to the body. So it’s better to consciously and with absolute self-love take care of our body’s needs in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises. What about self-love? Well, dear ones, do you love yourself? Do you love yourself? Do you like yourself? And why should I like myself? Look at what I look like. Well, well, well, do something to look better. Why don’t you like yourself? Why don’t you love yourself? Back when I worked at a school, I wasn’t the principal anymore. I was there for six years, 1,200 students, a harvester, to be honest . And then I burned out and had classes some time ago. I remember sixth grade classes, work, and technical school. I didn’t cover the material that was sort of in the curriculum. No, not always completely. I had to present it because there wasn’t even an option. And once, while we were eating or making some sandwiches, I had every student bring mirrors. And the lesson began with him saying, “Dear friends, you like to eat and so on, we like to be trusting, and what do you like and so on? Okay, but do you like yourselves? How do you mean we like ourselves? Yes, the teacher looked, I mean , they knew I was like that, you know, not necessarily normative. Well, the master orders, the servant has to, so he says, “Take out the mirrors, move them around, look at yourselves.” Well, first, of course, there were silly faces, those monkey faces that kids make, and so on. I said, “But now look at your classmates. Is there anyone in this class who’s just like you? Like Stefek, Piotrek, Emilka, and so on.” Well, no, it turned out not to be. Dear friends, there are no others like you. There isn’t one in the entire universe. Unless there are clones of you out there, but I don’t think so. And these kids look in the mirror, and I say, “Do you like yourselves? How surprising?” I said, “Listen, now you’ll listen to me and we’ll start talking. Look in the mirror, look at yourselves and say, ‘I like myself, I like myself, I like myself, I like myself, I like myself.'” And these kids started saying it very shyly at first, so quietly, “I like myself, I like myself,” but I spurred them on, so to speak, with my voice, so they started getting louder and louder, and eventually the whole class was just roaring. I had classes taught in a sort of underground setting. Apparently, it broke through all the way to the second floor. Later, my friends asked, “Janusz, what happened with you? Some terrible screaming. I like myself or something.” And these kids finally laughed their heads off. They looked in the mirror, “I like myself, I’m cool, I like myself.” There, I started saying other things about myself. “Sir, I’m cool, I’m cool, I’m cool.” I said, “Of course. I like myself, I love myself.” Why shouldn’t I like myself, shouldn’t I love myself? If we change this, we’ll have a different attitude. Our body will function differently. And that’s why the path to physical health is healing the psyche, because all illnesses are psychosomatic. A person’s health is determined by the harmony of all its components. This is a typical holistic approach to man, but rather to the spirit, body, and mind. This is where we need to start. This is what we need to understand. But what are the causes of our illnesses? What are we not doing or what are we doing? We know them well. Let’s answer a few simple questions ourselves. What we’re going to talk about affects our psyche, affects our body, our spirit. Do we drink the 2.5 liters of clean, healthy water our body needs every day? Because that’s how much a healthy body needs, how much we remove daily in the form of urine, sweat, and how much we need to replenish. And now the question is, what role does water play in our body? I’ve written about this too, two very thick books, and two smaller ones, and there I write about the role of water in the body. What functions does water play in the body? Do we breathe clean, Unpolluted air? Do we supply our bodies with 70 essential nutrients and 20 mineral salts daily? Do we walk about, pay attention, 45 km a day, because that’s how much our body needs to maintain full fitness. Just to be clear, it’s not about marching 45 km a day, meaning getting enough exercise to be equivalent to 45 km. And why 45? When I read this information many, many years ago, I thought the author was mistaken. It should have been PR 4.5. No, it was 45. Only when I started thinking about how other people lived in the past, like the so-called primitive tribes living today, did I realize that before they hunted a tapir, antelope, etc., they had to go somewhere out into the savannah, into the jungle, walk around, then return with the hunted animal, or to find some fruit or rhizomes, you have to walk around, and only then do you eat. So, when you walk, your circulation increases and oxygenation And then you can eat. And then you can eat a previously hunted mammoth for three days, gorge yourself on a meal, but in a few days there will be periods of fasting because there will be nothing left. Are our apartments free from electromagnetic smog and radiation from all electrical devices? This is a completely underestimated danger, something we don’t realize. And again, several books have been written on this topic. Are our daily thoughts clear, pure, and full of optimism, or rather dark, gloomy, full of fear and anxiety? There are, you know, optimists, there are pessimists, and there are realists. A realist. You know, that’s the Janusz type, but think realistically, it won’t work at all. Janusz, but think realistically, why are you doing this? Who are you making these broadcasts for? Nobody’s going to listen. 20, maybe 100 people will show up, so what? Compared to that, it’s pointless. A very good friend of mine once said to me, “Janusz, why are you writing these books? You should start a business? Who’s going to read these books to you?” Listen, what else might you not know about acidification of the body in effective weight loss? Most likely, because I don’t remember, but the total circulation in the several series I published reached probably 10 or 12,000 copies. This information did reach people. My dear friend from elementary school told me, and now I’m in high school: “Who’s going to read this? I’ve lost my heart for him.” That’s probably understandable. Who’s going to read this? But it’s said, whoever saves one life, one existence, saves the entire world. Now, do we like ourselves, do we love ourselves? Do we forgive ourselves for our sins? I’ll never forgive myself for that. God forgives you, but you can’t forgive yourself, so who are you anyway? People, you have to think about this, man. You really need to think about it. I wouldn’t say that to a woman. So, to be sick, you have to work for it, my dears. The human body is designed to produce the energy it needs over a long period of time. You just need to take reasonable care of it. Proper nutrition, enough sleep, physical exercise, emotional balance. This physical exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous. It doesn’t have to be, it doesn’t have to be two hours a day. A few minutes after that, let loose, turn on. Someone likes disco pole, turn on disco pole. Someone likes Santana, I talk about this often, turn on Santana and intuitive dancing. Jump, have fun, just go wild. But what will the neighbors say? Oh, oh, that’s your problem. What will people say? If I cared about what people said about me, if they had anything to say, I wouldn’t do anything, I wouldn’t take a single step. You’d have to, listen, hide in a hole in your mind and never come out. And then there’s emotional balance. Sir, you don’t know what I’m going through. I don’t care, because I have my own experiences. And it doesn’t matter what you go through, my dear, it’s how you do it. Many of you, by the way, know that I’ve been through various twists and turns. Perhaps some of you have come across some of my shows, where I talk about my tragedies, let’s say family tragedies, life tragedies, and why should I tear my hair out, hang myself, or get drunk, and apologize? You don’t have to live, because life is wonderful. Life is fantastic. The only question is, do we feel like creators of this life? Oh, that’s easy for you, because you certainly have money, you have it. If you knew anything about me, you’d have a different opinion. I’m a really, really tough guy. No, I don’t put on airs, but many very difficult things happen to me , and I also know that I help others navigate life with their difficulties precisely because I understand how difficult it is. Humans are open energy systems, but dependent on the global system. And every living organism is an energy system. Moreover, we were created perfectly self-regulating. And the ability to self-regulate means the ability to self-heal, to self-recover. And the question arises: why don’t self-regulatory systems work today, don’t they function properly? Because the world is currently terribly overloaded with the consequences of our human We are all overloaded. We have unhealthy food. We have environmental damage to water, air, and the body. We have a weakening of the Earth’s geomagnetic field by 55 to 50% over the last 50 years, but this has been compounded by artificially generated industrial fields, industrial magnetic fields. We have a decrease in the amount of oxygen in the air. Recent measurements in some forested regions of the world have shown 15% or less oxygen in the air, and in urban environments, oxygen concentrations sometimes reach 12%, while we were taught in school that the air contains 21%. We have an increase in carbon dioxide and ascorbic acid. We have pictures like these. I’m not revealing anything you don’t already know, but a particularly dangerous, invisible pollution is electromagnetic pollution, because not only chemicals but also unfavorable frequencies have a harmful effect on the human body. Because electromagnetic phenomena—there are two vectors, electric and magnetic—enter our interior, modifying it electrically and magnetically. They affect our body’s electrons , and by distorting our environmental conditions, humans have simultaneously altered their own electron profile. We are made of electrons, and this incredible chemical, acoustic, and especially electromagnetic pollution of the earth is resulting in an increase in the number of lifestyle diseases. We need strong defenses, the capacity for physical exertion, to be vital, to be healthy. Meanwhile, we lack healthy food and water, plenty of exercise, a clean environment, a natural rhythm, and a life with phases of rest, or peace. We don’t have any of this. We have a deficit, and as a result, we need significantly more energy due to a weakened immune system. We have a decreased capacity for physical exertion. We have disturbances in the mechanisms of homeostasis, or life balance. And now the question is, how can we overcome this? Well, my dears, I’m not revealing anything again. The basis of good health is prevention, but understood as disease prevention , not as early screening to detect illness early and treat it. But if we’re to practice preventative care, then everyone should acquire at least a minimum of information about their own body and the processes taking place within it. Because our fundamental duty in life is to be healthy. And do we realize that in many situations in life, we are supposed to be our own doctors, our own advisors? Some people might be tempted to do just that. Sir, what nonsense are you spouting here? Look, a child is barely born and already dies. A one-year-old, a two-year-old has cancer, and so on. So what, and so on, and so forth. I don’t know, I’m not arguing about that. I’m talking about statistics, about the average life of each of us. I’m not going to dwell on why this happened, why this little child has already contracted cancer, for example, and we need to understand, dear friends, that the only truly effective medicine is medicine—a healthy lifestyle. But what does that mean? It means as little stress as possible and plenty of relaxation. I repeat again, it doesn’t matter what you’re going through, it matters how you do it. This is outdoor recreation. And this is, listen, the corner is healthy food, this is clean water. This is good relationships with people, and not just with people. And finally, you can ask yourself: “Okay, but can I still have a career, earn money, and enjoy life while being healthy and happy?” And why not? What? Money is evil. I wish you all to have as much money as possible, and to be financially free, independent, financially free, really, because thanks to money we can live, thanks to money we can take care of our health, thanks to money we can travel, we can simply admire the wonders of the world. We can buy supplements, we can buy health-supporting devices, we can watch companies we love, we can go to the theater, and so on, and so on. We can also help others, those who may not be as rich like me, like us. Lord, thanks to money. I don’t see anything wrong with money, no evil, because some people say: “Well , they just lost their money. It wasn’t money, it was just this person who had a tendency, it was money, which is a tool, it clearly showed who this person is. But we have to start somewhere. That something, my dears, is our health. Each of us can create our own , whatever you call it, eco-program, a comprehensive program and so on, for health and beauty protection, which will function for the needs of our family. And here’s an interesting quote. We all plan our professional careers, we make projects for the next vacation, but we don’t have plans for maintaining our health. Pay attention to Michelle Brak. A doctor and scientist associated with the National Institute of Health and Medical Research Inserm in France, spoke as an expert during a conference organized at the Fuketa salons in Paris by a syndicate of nutritional supplement producers. This specialist in oxygen stress balance defends the idea that there is a medical no man’s land between good health and disease. In this range, health risks lie . He explains. So, my dears, we have three ranges. One range is health. We are Healthy. The third category, we are sick. But how? Healthy, sick, healthy, sick, healthy, sick. Suddenly, so suddenly, but because there’s a third category in the middle, we were healthy. What started happening in this third category, in this second category—excuse me—that we suddenly found ourselves, no, not suddenly, in this third category— sick. This is this no man’s land. We don’t even realize it, that we’re walking out of health into some swampy meadows, wet, disgusting, treacherous meadows, and suddenly drowning there. Medical land doesn’t make. What is the fundamental basis of this proposed eco-program, this comprehensive health care program? First, supplementation with special foods, so-called functional foods, that compensate for nutritional deficiencies—that is, comprehensive supplementation. I’ve been doing this for over 25 years. For 12 years, very systematically. I supplement my diet every day . I spend on myself, on myself alone, somewhere around 800,000 złoty a month. I used to be completely unable to afford it. Today, thank God, yes. My son does the same, my mother feeds her, my son does the same, and so on. Many of my friends, my partner does the same, and so on, because we see no other option. Yes, but where to get the money? Well, we have to think about where to get the money. Maybe not spend it on something else, on nonsense, on stupid magazines, on food that we buy without moderation. Maybe we should give up certain foods, stimulants, and so on. If someone can’t afford that, then those supplements, go ahead. Drinking crystal-clear, structured water. It would be good if it had a high pH. It would be good if this water had a high, negative redox potential, meaning it had antioxidant and oxidizing properties, because you can, but even if you install an osmotic filter today, you’ll have clean water. To have structured water, you need to add something additional, some element that will simply structure it into so-called hexagonal systems, which will make it look like ice water in terms of structure. You can use the cheapest osmosis, at least to be sure we’re drinking clean water. Further, use the therapeutic properties of magnetic pools, among other things, to structure water, because you can have such a magnetic structurizer. Well, on my channel, in the playlist of interviews, there are probably three interviews with Mr. Andrzej Fiedleruk, the creator of the MIM 2 device. A miniature magnetic pulser. Mr. Andrzej Fidarów invented it probably 35 years ago . He’s been producing it for many years. It’s a fantastic device, independent of power. You can even wear it 24/7, place it next to a water tank, and it will structure the water. Then, exercise in moderation, participate in sports. Exercise. Cycling, walking, swimming, digging in the garden, dancing. It doesn’t have to be such a special activity. Promoting optimism and joy of life. It’s easy for you to say that, because you don’t know what my life is like. Or maybe your life is like this because that’s how you behave? Everyone is the architect of their own fate. You either create hell or heaven in your life. Because heaven isn’t there after death, only somewhere high up where Gagarin first flew; hell is somewhere deep inside, deep within the earth. Nonsense. We create either hell or heaven for ourselves, for our loved ones, for those around us. There are such scoundrels among us that it’s better not to touch them. Energy vampires, just entering a room, makes you sick. They create hell. Or maybe we do too? Sometimes. Now the question is, how can you safely regenerate your body, regain your energy? Listen, detox first. Here I show you how to do that; there’s this program on my channel: a comprehensive health program. A comprehensive health program. If you find the playlists, click on the playlists, find a comprehensive health program, then check it out, scroll through all the programs there, and start with this program, this program , this program. Start cleansing. That is, how to safely regenerate your body and regain energy. A distinctive icon. Read it there. I’m talking about five fingers. Five areas that need to be addressed, so to speak, in the body, addressing these five areas, and you’ll have a theoretical foundation for taking care of your body. What? If anyone wants it, then please contact us. I’ll tell you everything. I’ll make it all easier for you. I’ll make it easy for you to access it, explain it, help you if necessary, you’ll have free consultations, and so on. If someone says, “I’m advertising,” so be it. Of course, I’m advertising you, because I know what’s good, what works for me, what works equally for everyone who has already benefited from it. If someone doesn’t want it, they won’t. We’re free, end of story. Because sometimes energy vampires like that happen . Yes, because you want to sell something. But what? Yes, books, books are in my store because I deserve the money, because I wrote them, because I worked very hard. I don’t have to justify myself to anyone. And you say, “Man, go to the store and tell them to give you sausage, butter, milk, bread for free, because you deserve it. There, you don’t argue; you just pay the transfer, and here you turn up your nose.” This way, if we have knowledge, that’s our greatest weapon, we start with knowledge. If we start implementing programs, we will ensure our health and external beauty. But how about taking care of our bodies comprehensively? Do you have to implement everything at once? What did I say about those few points in the program—supplements, magnetic fields, water—no, but you already have a few ready-made ones: more exercise. Dance, sing, move, and so on. Watch comedies and laugh until you burst out laughing. Your stomach shakes, massage your internal organs. Gelontology, laughter therapy. Go ahead. Be kind to others, to animals. Be grateful for every day of your life. You owe nothing to people who lack a sense of gratitude. Nothing. I am ruthless to them. They simply walk out of my life because they can’t thank you for anything. They have nothing. They have no gratitude. For the air they breathe, for the food they have every day, for the person they have close to them who is always there for them. For our children, for our parents, for our friends, for our acquaintances, for the work we have, thanks to which we can earn money and simply live on this planet of matter, and so on. We should be grateful for everything, even for the fact that our fingers move in the morning , because there are people who no longer move, who need to be washed, and we ourselves can wash ourselves today. We should be grateful for everything. You can, you can, you can start taking supplements. If not a large, comprehensive one, then at least do something, at least something for yourself. If you can’t afford supplements or don’t believe in them, start looking for better food and food products at some farmers’ markets, maybe look for healthy food producers online, and so on. Go ahead, but do something for yourself. So I call this an eco- health and beauty program. It’s not like I’m telling you, man, sell something ready-made, and you’ll get some box straight from Dąbrowski. That’s not the point at all. Create your own health and beauty program. It’s worth implementing something like this in your own family, and it’s a comprehensive program. Then it’s worth seeing how your life changes. I’ve been running a similar program for years, with a slightly different name: comprehensive metabolic support for the body. It’s an exceptionally effective, proven method of supporting revitalization. We’ve reached a ton of people. I’ve been working with this program for almost 13 years . I started with my own training, of course, where I only gave in-person lectures. I think about 16,000, 18,000 people have attended. That’s not counting YouTube and so on, and you, who are listening , and many of those people have benefited from this program. Many of them also gave me feedback. That’s how I learned on my own. Oh, well, it works. These dosages, this one, can be applied here. And many people have truly overcome many problems, sometimes very serious. So that’s why I say we invite everyone to cooperate, especially those seriously interested in improving their health and the health of their loved ones. And I also invite therapists of various specialties, my dears, because you already have the knowledge, you have some experience, you have practice. You can add something else to what you do, and that’s it. If you’d like to contact me, please do. Janusz Books, sorry, [email protected] or alternatively [email protected]. You’re on the channel Barwy Zdrowia Janusz Dąbrowski, my website again is www.januszdabrowski.pl. There are also articles there, a blog, a bookstore, and so on, so you can read, you can order if you want, you can choose not to order if you don’t want. That’s settled. You should be free to do whatever you do. Okay, you’re stopping sharing. I think it took a while, I don’t even know how long, but never mind. So listen up, I hope you enjoyed this program too. It wasn’t the usual, perhaps traditional, kind of program like I sometimes read scientific articles, but I wanted to summarize everything we do together. I mean, you listen, but you also share your comments, you write all sorts of cool things in the comments. You often inspire me to create something new. Well, that’s all for today. If you think this hour was worth listening to—maybe, I don’t know, I wasn’t looking at the clock at the time—then I simply ask you to subscribe, like, comment, and share links to my various programs with your loved ones and friends. Until next time. As always, I wish you all the best. And dear people, love yourselves, cherish yourselves, because you deserve it. There are no others like you in the entire universe. If you don’t believe me, look at yourself in the mirror and just love yourself. Tell yourself: “Ania, Kasia, you’re amazing. Piotrek, Zdzichu, Stefan, you’re a fantastic guy.” Sure, you can screw up sometimes, but overall, you’re a great guy. I like you. All the best. Papatki. M.
