is 20 horsepower enough in the real world and the best way I can answer that is to say to you that you need to Define yourself first of all as what kind of Rider you are if you’re the sort of Rider that wants to go out and accelerate as fast as possible to ride as fast as possible to overtake everyone all the time to take Corners as fast as possible and lean over as much as possible and see a ride as this opportunity to ride as fast as possible this is not the bike for you this is a bike where you get on and go somewhere take your time enjoy every Mile and it’s a brilliant bike for that it will go on the motorway it will do 70 75 at a push but it’s much happier at 60 M an hour but this is the bike that you don’t really want to take on Long Journeys on the motorway this is the bike you want to get off onto the B- roads and explore the little places that you see when

  1. It is exactly what a crusier motorcycle should be in legal limits.
It is not for top speed, high acceleration.

Not the 100kmph highway but 70-80kmph road, whoa the revbombs it will make on a 70-80kmph road and hours and hours of casual ride. Not an angressive ride, braking at higer speed with something this heavy will have your heart out in your mouth.

Imagine long way, low traffic no traffic lights and you singing this shouting.

It is a casual bike. Imagine a cowboy who got sentenced for life, faked death and is running away.

  2. Any other 20 bhp bike will also be better royal enfield are heavy and slow their weight distribution and power ratio are not great
You can get yamaha mt15 r15 tvs Ronin 225 or any other bike at same segment will give better performance
But will never match the feeling or riding and RE❤😊

  3. Pls Suggest which is good for Long Drive and i will keep bike a minimum 10years

Honda CB350 DLX pro VS Royal Enfield Classic 350

Pls Note : Honda Bigwin Showroom 80km far away from My town but the Royal Enfield showroom is there in my Town.

  4. My shovelhead 1200 is a ~50hp tractor, and at 60mph, it just feels perfect. Low/mid engine range in fourth speed (highest gear) and that's where it sings happily on the country roads.

EARLY is not the perspective in focus here, u aren't getting the point. For your perspective, a scooter is good enough, A sporty motor bike ain't necessary.

A bike that cannot reach 130 km per hr is not good enough for the fastest lanes of the highway in Europe & Asia too.

  6. I do think 20hp from a 350cc (so "torquey" 20hp) are enough for most situations! The only thing negative i can find about these models, is that being cheap, they do tend to weigh almost as much as modern 2 cylinder, liquid cooled 650 motorcycles… i would enjoy these a lot more if they were lighter, but right now these are paradoxically less flickable than some modern "bigger" bikes… 350s like this do sound amazing though

  7. Another way of looking at your question: A Honda CBRxx Blackbird uses about 17 of its 170HP to ride at 140kmh, so above speed limit in most countries. 20HP is enough, if your aerodynamics are great.

  8. But I was disheartened when I came to know that their classic 650 is not a long stroke cruiser. It is peppier and, in my humble opinion goes against the spirit of Royal Enfield, the sturdy regal cruisers they are renowned for making.
