I’m just coming into the town of souen spell SE WM but I think it’s pronounced two w comes V you see the sign know a crack at the bond delas had a small Recon the other day didn’t get very far I wouldn’t feeling very well that’s another story let’s see how we get on today lower slopes now like the seing sing I just gone through a little 9% there few hundred yards I’m not good with 9% I’m Mo on short bits it back to eight six here starting some of the switch backs now 7% not too bad great scenery lovely day probably a bit warm should have done it a bit earlier however here we are little bit of rest bite 8% rest bite it’s uh just keep an eye on my heart rate 148 at the minute my Max is about 170 I stay below 150 and we okay strange when 6% seems easy to about so far coming up the trees now you see how it snakes up to the left a little 10% now not good but not for too long but of it 962 m we’re getting there slowly but we’re getting there after about seems like an age of 9% we just leveled that a little bit into a wider road now as well so I’m hoping this is the uh slightly flatter section towards the top we’ll see, 57 m that seems about right not quite certain my are yet absolutely empty now even 6% seems like a killer but uh we’re over 1,60 M I think we can’t be far from The Summit full sense of security it’s still not there yet so there’s a sign I’m just down going to cut the biscuits a minute bit of energy and we just come past through the ski station so we’re pretty high up right on the road when when the tour came up here I think I can’t be far now Julian juliam Pino Pino and Andy viddler not as quick as those boys Al S I am absolutely bollocked now I think this is it come past one side I’m not 100% certain I want to stop before the top but uh yeah good climb some I think it’s like it so there we are I’m pretty pleased with that uh looking at the sign I’ll have to check it out when I get back because I was L my garments which I don’t think it was I was doing awful lots of 9% uh I think that’s cuz I come up from the massive o massive 07 suan side not suicide a seven souen side whereas that looks like it’s a different way up so but yeah pretty pleased with that not too bad of view up here not too bad of you 1,174 M look it is as with all these climbs you get a great pleasure you br your nuts off it’s going back down again
