And here’s the final heat. Heat 15 in the first leg of the Cab Direct Championship Grand Final. And it is Richard Lawson in red from gate number one for the Pool Pirates. Chris Harris in white, gate two for the Glasgow Tigers. Zack Cook in blue from gate number three for the Pirates. And Dan Thompson in yellow, gate number four. Heat 15 with Cab Direct. Final heat. Heat 15. And away we go. The run down to the first corner there and the Pirates looking strong. Richard Lawson pinning it to the inside line and uh down the back straight. Here comes Zack Cook for the Pirates. But back comes Chris Harris for the Glasgow Tigers. And we’ve got a race on our hands here in heat 15 now. Yeah, that was such a tight corner. But here comes Back Zack. Moving Zack Cook right out to the fence. Zack Cook comes back on Chris Harris and the Pirates remain on a 5-1. Bomber’s going to go again. This this race certainly isn’t over at the minute now. And I’m sure Bomber’s going to try and wind it up now. Zach, he’s just got so much speed. He’s riding such a good line here, but Bob is still trying to wind it up, but the Paul Paris looks for 51 at the moment. Chris Harris is going for pure speed right on the outside and saving himself up for a last blast, I think, into the final lap of heat 15. Richard Lawson’s out front. Zack Cooks in second place and the Pirates are on course to get a maximum in their final shot here around Wimborne Road in this grand final and taking the win side by side. A win for the Pool Pirates in heat 15. They bag a 5-1 at their last opportunity here tonight and they will go to Ashfield with a 12-point advantage. Chris Harris tried as he might there but that time could not get the better of Richard Lawson and Zack Cook and it is 14 points for Richard Lawson and the Pirates finished with a win. Yeah, that was the perfect result for Paul. I did notice before the race Richard had gone so close to the inside where no one had used and he just made an absolute blinder of a start then he was gone. But the other three, they were like going in together in that first corner. It was a very hard first corner.
