This is a 50-minute outdoor cycle ride for indoor training. Three up on the roads of Staffordshire and Cheshire on a crisp autumn day.
The ride features one major climb. The 1.4 km Bar Hill, jokingly known on Strava as the Col de Mouton, with a final gradient of 10%.
After reaching the top & descending we reach a 7.3 km main-road blast, ideal for sustained power, tempo training, or high-cadence intervals.
