Drove to Poligny and started cycling south to Ch. Chalon. Is great cycling country with cute little hamlets but good roads. Vineyards around Chalon are magnificent, the village itself also. We were very lucky to have very good weather, bright blue sky.

Plan for today is to explore the area south of Pollini. Ponyi is a little town south of Awa. In total, we did about 1,300 m of climbing over 85 km. in blue the route for today in magenta all the other routes we did here. In total we did about 8,000 m of climbing over 900 km in 12 days of cycling and that all around. We first had a cup of coffee on a in a cafe on the market square where how popular there was a market going on. A mechanical harvester in full swing. And we cycle now about 15 km and arrive in the little hamlet of Panons. The further south we went, the more vineyards we encountered. Can’t say that we were Not warned. As you would say in Dutch, the ve is ve. It’s surprising that it isn’t being repaired yet as it is quite an affluent area. Chatau Shalon is a famous app of the Jira area. It is famous for its yellow wine or van. Vania is exclusively made from the sin grape which must be harvested late. The wines are oxidized under a natural formed blanket of yeast which floats to the top for an extended period of time. In the case of Shaton, this is uh 16 months. The best wines can age for ages up to 100 years or or so. The village is quite beautiful. After a nice descent, we arrived at the village of Ladoy Sila. The valley along the river is quite pretty. And here we have shut off again. Heat. Heat. Now arrived at Liv Verma with some beautiful vineyards. Heat. Hey, Heat. little castle in the village of Lavini. Heat. Heat.
