Road bikes can cost an absolute fortune, but there are some that buck the trend, like this brand new one from Chinese company Circ. It’s their all new endurance road bike with a titanium frame and space for 40 mil wide tires and lots of cool details. And it costs just $25,000 for the frame set. And complete bills start from just over $4,300 with Shimal 105 Dit. So, pretty good value for money for a top level titanium frame packed full of details. They tell me it’s been fully re-engineered from the ground up. And the bike here apparently weighs a claimed 6.8 kg, which is very, very impressive indeed for a metal bike with that endurance wide tire clearance focus and definitely not a race bike. There are the mounts for mug guards and extra bags and bottles for long distance riding and a UDH dropout if you want to go modern and fit a Stram Explore group set. And I have to say it looks really really smart and I like the sort of color over tie finish. I know that can be a controversial thing to admit to, but I kind of like it. Add a bit of color but retains that classic appearance of a tie bike. as a bike I’ll hopefully be testing right here on Just Ride Bikes very very soon. So, make sure to hit that subscribe button down below if you don’t want to miss that. Okay, some more bikes from the recent Ruler live show in London. And we have the last race bike that Welshman Garant Thomas ever rode in a recent tour of Britain. He retired, of course, from a 19-year career. And this is a very very special and very bling bike that Pinerto prepared for him to ride in that race. And it’s adorned with loads and loads of gold for a rider who won the Olympic gold medal and also the tour of France as well. The bike he actually raced was specked with Shimano durace sponsored correct wheels, not the Princetons on a bike that was on display at the bike show. from a Dogma F race race bike to the Dogma GR gravel race bike. This is company’s latest gravel race bike launched just a few months ago and this is the first time I’ve seen one in the flesh. Not had a chance to ride one, let alone see one with my own eyes and it does look very smart. It does look like the the bike is named after Dogma F which shares the same name but has more tie clearance. So 45 up front and 42 out back. So definitely in the SL Esparrow Canyon Grail sort of category of minimal tire Clint for the gravel pros who don’t think they need anything bigger than a 45 or even a mountain bike tire. It then has a common gravel bike details like inframe storage in the down tube for your snacks and spare parts and stuff. A new one piece carbon handlebar with a new flare. And apparently the seat post can flex by up to eight millimeters for extra comfort, which is a good thing given how tight the tire clearance on the bike is. But tire clearance issues aside, it does look really good. And I think the paint finish after looking at the bike for two days, it really works for me. Uh but it is an expensive bike. €14,000 with red. So better start saving, eh? So yeah, pretty cool looking bike. And talking of cool bikes, the Trek Madone SLR is not a new bike, but this project one paint finish is relatively new and looks amazing. Trex Project One is their sort of custom paint shop where you can get a very special, very lavish and expensive paint finishes, which are definitely a departure from their stock offerings. And there are loads of options to choose from. And this is one of their newer ones and definitely one of their bolder ones. And I think it looks amazing. Definitely remind me of some artwork. Really bold, like a moving artwork. So yeah, very colorful. Definitely eye-catching. You definitely stand out outside a cafe on a bike. So yeah, it looks pretty cool. And talking of amazing paint finishes, US bike brand Pari are highly regarded for their stunning, spectacular paint finishes all in-house where many of the carbon bikes are made as well. But the Uray, their new endurance road bike is made in Europe, so not America, but still painted in house. And this is a new custom paint finish. So the frame is made in Europe, but finished in the US. And it looks spectacular. Sadly, not as spectacular as it would outside in the sunshine. It has this amazing pearlescent finish that with some light on. It really pops. So that on a sunny day would look really, really nice indeed. And the paint is covering the company’s endurance road bike. So new move for the company. They have a new endurance bike, a new gravel bike, both made with a similar frame design in Europe to complement their existing bikes made in the US which are full custom. the frame, the geometry, and the paint. So, yeah, look pretty spectacular. This is Leo Wilcox’s specialized diverge that she rode around the world in 2024, setting a new woman’s record of 108 days, 12 hours, and 12 minutes for 18,125 miles and over 600,000 ft of climbing. Ouch. That is eye watering. And it’s amazing to see the actual bike still encrusted in dirt and sweat on display. A real just incredible to see a bike like this that being through such a journey. Still dirty, but all the details. I love scoping out and really seeing how a rider of this caliber sets a bike up for such a mammoth endeavor. All the bags and the little tweaks and setups here that we can all learn from if we’re doing more modest long distance bike packing challenges. we can learn from riders like Le Wilcox to how we set our bikes up. So yeah, I think pretty cool having that on the Stram display because it had a Stram group set on that bike. And then another interesting bike is a smart bike, an indoor trainer bike from a British company and a trainer has a few cool details. Firstly, quite compact, has quite a small uh footprint on the floor and quite a small bike. But then it has a design allowing to tilt and it’s designed to be more realistic feeling than some of the rocker plate systems on the market now. Either homemade where you put your trainer on rocker plate or tennis balls if you’re keeping the price down or something like the Wahoo Kick and Move which can slide and tilt a bit. and they are designed to be more comfortable than a static fixed trainer, but they don’t really feel realistic. The bike can tilt, but your bike doesn’t really rock over side when you’re riding outside because you have a steering axis. And this clever design is intended to simulate that indoors. So, it looks really cool. The downside is quite pricey, of £5,000, but made in the UK and a small company. So, more expensive than other smart bikes on the market, but I’m kind of keen to try one and see how it works as a a smart trainer. So, let me know your thoughts if I should get one in for testing and try out. So, that’s a kind of cool product. Nice to see companies innovating, doing something different. Yes, the price is high, but they’re a small company and all that investment is required to get them to where they are now with a product that been out for a little while now, being tested by other magazines. And hopefully I can add to that uh pool of reviews on this cool looking bike. If you like racing or riding on the track, the Veladrome, then Cara has a new bike that’s right up your street, a track version essentially of their Y1 RS Aero road bike. So clearly lots of the Aero lessons from that Aera road bike have gone into the track bike, the T1 RS. But there are some distinctive features like just how fat the fork blades are. The really deep and widely spaced rear stays, that down tube curving around the front wheel, that seat tube junction and handlebars of course. Not as mad as the the Hope track bike with the really wide fork and rear stays. So more modest than that bike, but yeah, looks pretty cool. If I still rode on a track on a V drone, which I don’t anymore, sadly, I’d be uh trying my best to get one of those in the test. But yeah, that looks like a rocket ship indeed. Now, if you have your eye on any fast, long distance, fast known time gravel event, then this might be the bike for you. It’s from British company Reap and designed to be as arrow as it gets when designed around a 45 to 50 mil wide tire. and actual clearance is 53 mm. So very modern indeed. And what’s really exciting about the bike is the fact the carbon frame and fork is handmade in the UK. And there aren’t many company doing that right now. And a company is so confident about the carbon manufacturing. They provide a lifetime warranty. Who else is an F1 fan? Not just me, surely. With the Red Bull company now sponsoring the Bora Pro team, they dragged out an old F1 car for the Ruler live show with a Tarmac S8 strapped to the back which looks mega cool. Imagine turning up to your local club ride in this setup. You definitely turn some heads for sure. So definitely very cool indeed. And if you want to see some more cool bikes from Ruler Live, the biggest and best bike show in London recently, then watch a video right up

Still sounds like a fortune to me….especially if it’s not an race bike
You need to ,come back down to earth. You been up there to long!
Try maybe some, affordable bikes.
Why do you think people turn,to AliExpress. More realistic price market.
I would.
Parlee Taiwan .
I don't care if you like pinterello or not. That bike is one of the most beautiful bikes.I've ever seen
That Ti bike looks so nice, but made in China for $4300 with 105 Di2? Litespeed has the same thing for $4400+- and it's made in the US. Not sure where the value in the Chinese bike is.
That indoor trainer bike looks really nice. But $5k is crazy. Cycling is becoming out of reach for many.
3:35 That TREK looks like a modern approach to the 1st of BMW Art Cars series (3.0 CSL from '75).
Pinarello, Trek, Specialized, Cervelo, Cannondale, Canyon and co are only paint shops. Their bikes are made in far east, know how, R&D, expertise are all outsourced. No turn back…China will destroy them in few years… It will be sad, but it is how it is going in the automotive industry. 5-6 k for a frame that values only 1,5 is a scam. Consumers will change their behavior in the medium term
I think you'll find Lael Wilcox bike for the around the world was a Specialized Roubaix SL8, not the Diverge
Nice bikes, the Pinarello looks good on that paint job.
Any conspiracy theorists out there think Colnago suddenly made a bangin' track bike so you know who can go after the hour record? Seems out of nowhere to suddenly become relevant for a track bike.
David do some bikes that we can afford, not all the expensive ones I can’t afford
Nothing New ! Just Newer over Priced Bikes !
