I was about to buy an onsale Trance when I found out about the labor issues. I understand it really affects all bikes in my price range, given the dominance of Merida and Giant.
Anyone know if the auditor is public, and their report? I keep seeing a lot of Giant PR that could be bs.
How are you thinking about this? I know most stuff manufactured in Asia is probably like this, but dropping this much cash on it right after hearing about this feels terrible. I asked Giant on their Web form for more information but expecting very little. Thinking about buying a used bike instead.
