Just sharing my experience on buying my Pathlite :on .
Just received by bike this Monday and immediately went to mount it. The only thing is actual to remove the box and mount the front wheel . Now the interesting part begins. While removing the wheel from the box I notice it was a shwalbe tyre. And I thought they changes brand from the description but that seems like a nice thing . So I continued removed the bike and removed all packaging . On to mount the front wheel and now I start to notice something was off, the fork add to much play . But I continue to pass the trough axel and now I look to rear wheel and bam tyre in rear was what is supposed to be , a maxis tyre.
So this is not just a tyre different the axel is a 15100 for front wheel and fork is 15110, and wheel should be 27,5 is actually a 28’ wheel .

Now just talked with support right away and they asked for photos that I sent also immediately .
Been 4 days already and no feedback whatsoever from canyon. Yesterday just to confirm asked support and they told they got the photos and technical support is looking into it. Now I wonder how much time it takes to find this out from them.

I don’t plan on returning the bike as it suits my commute use case . And I know the bike as my father owns one as well. But dam wasn’t expecting this.

When I find what support plans on doing I post it back. For now just sharing this initial bad experience with canyon.
