Does anybody use those stationary manual trainers that I always see videos of? Are they actually helpful for learning manuals and gaining more bike control, or will I be training my muscles in the wrong way? Also I’m 99% sure I can just build one myself that works well with my back pegs. Anybody ever built one? Any advice is extremely appreciated! Thanks in advance (pic is just for engagement šŸ˜…)
