This week I ran Centre Vale parkrun in Todmorden — and wow, what a gem! 🌳
Set in the gorgeous Centre Vale Park, this 5K takes you on a three-lap loop with a mix of paved paths, woodland trails, and a few cheeky hills to test the legs. The atmosphere? Pure community spirit with friendly locals and enthusiastic volunteers.

Hello. I just ran the Center Park Run in Toddman. It was a real hotel. The The course is a threelap loop through the beautiful Center Park featuring a mix of tarmac and trail paths. It’s half flat and then once you get up into those trees at the back, there’s a few cheeky hills just to keep things interesting. The scenery is stunning with open green spaces, woodland, and treeline paths. It’s a great way to start your Saturday morning. The community vibe is fantastic. Friendly volunteers and fellow runners cheering each other on. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving it a go. If you’re not in the area, I highly recommend going to the area. It’s a beautiful part of the world.
