Cycling the world – Europe: episode 60
I left SuwaĆki, my first stop in Poland and crossed the Masuria region of Poland till the Baltic sea in Tolkmicko. Beautiful rides despite the miserable weather: lots of rain and some snow. The knee seemed starting to heal.

Mussolini visited Hitler in Wolfschanze after the bomb attac 20th July 1944. I did visit not to tribute fascism or Nazisme but to visit historical place and think about our precent. Hello I want to ask you what bike do you recommend….the Giant Tcr Composite with Fulcrum xero tyres or the Bianchi Interpida
The cold wind on your knees and biking affects your knees , they cool down unless you bike 30 km per hour âŠmake sure you keep them warm by using knee braces.
