Downtown Vicerad, Hungaria, Hungary. I need that plaster guy home fix my wall. That’s the thing. And this looks like the uh bis business district right here. Number 23. We’re leaving ice grad and we’re heading back to Nago Maros and we’re going to go cycle all the way around. This is the Danu Bend they call it. We’re gonna cycle around the back and then take another ferry over and then go down to Santendre. So nice day again today and I’ll see you in Santendre. Back. Sure I’m saying it wrong. Town square. I’m just waiting to get on the ferry. Go over to uh Hungarian sites back Slovakia. See if we can find a bakery there. Saw that. Whoa. Anyway, this is a little more vac since I have time to get on the ferry. Leaving the beautiful town of Back Slovakia and crossing the Danube again and heading uh this the Danube bend coming up I guess they call it. So, we did Estreg Vicrad back and now we’re heading down to Santendre. See how that goes. So, I didn’t buy a ticket, so hopefully they’ll let me on and buy a ticket on the boat. Tendre 13 miles from Budapest and then I’m done. Give you a quick walk around. We come up down this street and the ocean of the land actually is right there. And it just winds around. There’s the square. It goes all the way down there. I’m going to just bike around here and see what’s up. Take some pictures. Uh Wednesday, September 24th, and we’re leaving the campground that’s about a mile north of Santendre. And we’re I don’t even know, 15 or 20 miles into Budapest today and the last day uh of my bike trip from a bike perspective. I have a couple days in Budapest and then I’m taking a train to Prague to meet my wife. So, great trip. Hard. I’ve been camping way too much. I’m completely dirty. My clothes need to be washed. But, um this is a nice campground, too. They’re all pretty nice. I was used to agonize over the um reviews and stuff and basically there’s 10% that are great, 10% that are bad, and the rest are all in the middle that have various things. But I’ll try to put a video together on how an American cycles uh across Europe because I didn’t meet one single oh actually I met one American um two a couple from Vermont in all these countries and miles that’s it. So anyway, stay tuned for that. First signs of Budapest, about 2 miles out from the city center. [Applause] My hotel’s on the uh pest side, I think, as they say. Not this is the Buddhist side, you see. Anyway, we’ll check in later. Sure. Pretty sure it’s the Parliament of Hungary. Going to get a selfie in a couple seconds when I get closer.
