I'm supposed to eat that cabbage water and raw honey for my ulcer

12-24h I usually see but faster in the crockpot
I hate it when people leave basic details out . Like how many minutes at What temperature the bones need to go in the Oven ??!??!?!?

Apple cider vinegar can also draw out lead from the bones, as stated by Dr William Davis. Better off without it.
