Super pumped! Spent the last few months getting in better shape and lost about 70 lbs. Told myself that once I reached a self-set milestone, I would switch from my Creo 2 (great bike) to an analog gravel bike.Will post more pictures once I get everything switch over.
Switching over:

Reverb XPLR dropper post
Shimano XTR pedals
Fidlock bottles
I also ordered the bike with the max steerer tube spacers since I'm switching out the stem to FSA stem match my FSA handle bars.
