Bought some wheels from we are one with i9 1:1 hubs. The hubs, have been shearing off little needle size chips from the ends of the pawls when riding.
I’ve worked with support and gotten two warranty fixes, one new freehub and pawls, and most recently new pawls.
Right after cleaning and replacement, they are right back to shearing the new pawls as they did before. I’m reasonably sure the pawls are not the issue, but I’m curious if others have seen this, and if you have thoughts.
I do plan on contacting them once more to correct.
