Вот отдельно за колёсики я доплатила 50 евро и отдали в багаж .. больше никогда не полечу этой компанией
А мой самолёт улетел в Софии без меня ,не было болгарской валюты , а со 100евро у него не было сдачи .Я готова была отдать ему эти 100евро ,но он ни в какую, послал меня искать обменный пункт .Издеваются над людьми

Got back from Palma a week ago, Ryanair is so inconsistent, one young girl had 3 pieces of hand luggage, one being a cabin size suitcase and 2 being holdalls the size of sports bags. I saw about 3 people with multiples and no one from Ryanair was remotely bothered
