2012 Kona Mahuna. Handlebars, 2 Prasky headlights, cuz 2 is better than one. A cell phone holder for video while riding. Might need evidence. Maxxis hookworm 2.5 29er street tires, because they are bomb proof on pavement. Front fender because I ride in rain. A Brooks saddle that's beyond repair but still works. Axiom panniers, (currently 2 ) a sweet expandable trunk bag and a large seat post bag, both scored from mkt. place for cheap. A led tail light mounted on rear rack with a second light stowed on board for redundancy. The bike weighs a ton and the hookworm tires are high rolling resistance. I only have a 5 mile work commute so no worries. I regularly ride 25 miles on weekends for fun and it's a solid workout. If I was commuting 10 or more miles I'd probably change tires for something more user friendly. I see plenty of commuters using mountain bikes as commuters on the forum. The appearance of my bike leads many people to assume it's an E bike. I have to chuckle and demand my credit for actually pedaling this heavy beast. 😅
