Hello everyone,I'm a Chinese cycling rider who lives in northeastern China,Shenyang city.
The first time I meet Colnago bicycle is in 2009,when I graduated from elementary school,the model of selling bicycle is C50.I think that is the best bicycle in the world, but it's too expensive,I remembered the price is about 15000 dollars. Most of the Chinese could not earn that number in a year, for a 12 years old boy, dream bike is just a dream, but this dream never passed.
In 2025,when I started to riding again(I quit riding when I graduated from university),I bought a S-works Roubaix. It's a perfect speed machine, but I still can't forget those Colnago bicycle with caliper brakes. So I started to find vintage Colnago carbon fiber bicycles, but all the frame I could find is too small for me(6'5''). Finally, I found this 56s frame,and bought it back for 1000 dollars.
I fixed the bicycle with Campagnolo Bora Ultra wheelset,it's never used before.And Campy Super Record crankset and caliper brakes.But the derailleur gears I used Duraace 9000, it seems a little mixed.

Damn dude looks like a freaking rocket. As much as I love disc brakes, those fuck-you race bikes were something else from the 2010s. They were all speed and no brakes, they ride so angry.
Great story and congratulations. I’d love to ride in China someday.
