Whoa. God. Oh my god. Look at this baby. Hi boys and girls. We are in Romania at Nomad Adventures. Ralphie. Got Robbie and Gaz. We’re going to go ride some bikes over the mountains. We got three days here. Oh my god, that door’s mine. Got three days here. Probably cram it all into one video. Save boring you. And uh I think Adrian’s on the Stark today and we’re on 300 TPI’s. So, haven’t been a TPI in a while. Excited for it. The boys. [Music] He’s from the future. Yeah, I can make you a toast if you want. I’m so excited. It should be like 15° today. It’s pretty chilly this morning, though. This is like I don’t know, fourth time here. We’ve come every year now. It’s like the best riding you could ever do in the whole of Europe. This is absolutely insane. I’ll leave a link in the description if you want to book on. Me and the boys come all the time. Let’s hope I don’t get too stuck today cuz Romania can be pretty intense. I haven’t ridden a TPI in ages. It’s going to feel so weird. So used to the TBI. These are very punchy and snappy. I love riding abroad. And with Romania, right, the terrain changes so much. Goes from like sand to rocks to everything. Well, I’m hoping we’re not going to do anything too hard today, but there’s a part of me inside that kind of wants it. I don’t know. It’s a weird thing. But you got to be really careful over here because it does change pretty quick. So the video will be an edited version of 3 days on this channel. The woods back at home we have just all the trees are plant in a straight line cuz they’re harvesting trees. These are all like natural woods. Just phenomenal, beautiful. Full of beers as well. Cuz last time I came here, I said, “Adrian, are there any beers in Romania?” And he said, “No, don’t be silly.” So I Googled it and it was the highest population of grizzly bears in Europe. So that’s nice. Yeah, buddy. Come on, Grizzly. Beautiful. Come on. Does life get better than this? Wow. This is sick. Ow. [Music] Wow. These bikes are powerful. Where’s he going? Where’s he going? Should have put my goggles on. Should have put my goggles on. Where’s he going? I didn’t see where you turned off. Wowers. It’s such a cool downhill. I forgot to film, but it’s gone on for quite some time. Look at it. Autumn, baby. Or as the Americans would say, fall, which kind of makes more sense cuz leaves are falling. Whoa. Come on, baby. Thing is, I feel like I’m going fast, but I’ve lost seven already. Come on. Oh, that was fun. Yeah, baby. That was good. I don’t think I’ve ever been that fast in my life. My eyes are watering that one. Look at that bad boy. Second. Come on, boy. Wow, that is huge. That was a bit too aggressive. That that bit’s quite hard. It’s [ __ ] ratty, isn’t it? Yeah. Come on, baby. He made a hill climb in Romania. First time for everything. Oh, well that’s annoying. The hill climb that I failed is telling us that that’s the way out of here. So, I’ve got to make it. Yeah, buddy. Come on. Keep going. Woo! Come on. Finally. Someone’s getting good at hill climbs. Bosch. Don’t know why I said Bosch, but anyway, we’re keeping it. I tell you, this is fast-paced stuff. I don’t know how I’m keeping up. I ride with these boys most weekends. I say I ride with them, they’re gone. But I think when you come to ride a place like this, you’re kind of forced to keep up. Otherwise, you will be lost in beer territory. Yeah. All right, stop thinking about beers. Look at this. Wow. So pretty. Wa. I mean, we’ll call it a whip. Intentional. We’ll call it intentional. You know what he’s doing. Whoa. That’s too much power. [Music] This hill climb is insane. I don’t think I’ll ever do it. But I got to try everything once, haven’t you? And that’s it. Once is all it takes. [Applause] This way. I wanted to give it some, but I couldn’t give it enough. Wa! Oh my god. [Applause] That’s what I was scared of doing. It’s a good one. Oh, that wins. He’s on the limiter off the jump. Go on, gas. We got lost. Right, back. Day one complete. Let’s go get ourselves a barbecue and some nice food. Oh, look at this. Oh, what a day. So, coming up day two and three, we got some mountain tops and some great views and some also some hard riding. I think we’re going in there. Bit of moonshine. Homemade plum. It’s made out of plum, you know. Oh, is it? Yeah. Doesn’t taste like it. Right. But you got to drink it and no facial reaction. Hard for you, is it? Okay. Ready? Ready? Ready? Yeah. Yeah, I’m ready. What What did the loser get? Has to do another shot. Yeah. Okay. two. We solved it. Well, that’s antilimax, isn’t it? It [Laughter] all three of the kids are left. Well, it’s the next day. Sorry I didn’t film much yesterday. We got a bit carried away hanging out with the boys, but it’s a miserable day up in the mountain. So, we’re going to have a wet one. We’re going to do some tunnels today and go some crazy places and maybe end up on some canams or some buggies or something. And then tomorrow’s going to be a really nice day, some mountain tops. But let’s get into it and uh get muddy. Well, I’m running a little late. Had to get a spare battery. I’m out of breath really. Day two. Let’s do this. So, what’s really annoyed me is yesterday riding this bike and I was like, you know, feels so different riding a TPI again, didn’t realize I’m riding a 250, not a 300. How am I that stupid? Oh no, Ralphiey’s in front. Oh, he just hit me in the dick. Ow. Okay, stay back from Ralphie. There’s a lot of roost going on there. Oh. Oh, look at this. Well, there’s no point filming this cuz you can’t see anything. Neither can I. Creepy. Right, before we do the tunnel, we’re going to try and explore. Oh, some ridiculously steep hills on a 250. That was fun. I didn’t realize I had so much grip. Loads of grip. Wow, that was insane. [Music] Oh my god. Oh, these hills are massive. We’re about to descend into the darkness. I hope the ground’s all right. I don’t want to fall into a hole. Oh, the stark lights are good, aren’t they? Full beam. All right, follow his line. Goofy. Follow his line. Wow, that is deep. My lights don’t work. Wow, look at this. Oh my god. I don’t know how much you can see here, but this is crazy. Yeah, I had no lights. I had to rely on Rob’s light. You rely on gas. It’s so bad, isn’t it? So, now we apparently have to go through a couple more tunnels to get to where we’re going today. Today’s been good, though. It’s like wet on the ground and stuff, but it’s like hill climb day. We’ve been doing some crazy stuff today. God, Romania is amazing. It is literally my second home. I’ve been here quite a few times now and I just love coming back. Everyone’s so friendly. Everyone’s so nice. No one has a problem with you riding bikes which is just a blessing. Tell me we’re riding in autumn without telling me you’re riding in autumn. Wow, look at the colors. Oh my god. Literally riding in a movie. Some Disney movie set in October. This is insane. Look at this. This is insane. Wow. Look at this. So cool. We don’t get colors like this at home. I swear this is a whole another level. Mist oranges. God, I’m geeking out. Look at this. Come on, baby. Oh, I love riding bikes. It’s a big valley. Oh, nice, Gazzy. That guy does not want to get dirty. Oh, another one. Oh, this one’s a dry one. At least there’s no water in that one. Wow. It’s like an old railway track or something. for these little tunnels. Whoa. Ow. Don’t want to go too bad. It’s very tight in here. Very tight. Wa. Everything’s so overgrown. No one definitely no one rides here. So cool. Experience a different part of a country on a bike. Like it’s all good going on holidays and stuff, but if you can get to get yourself a bike and explore that country. Wow. Oh, you see some things. Look, I got handguards this time. So, apparently Sven, who’s leading this trail today, he’s been in and cut up all these tunnels. So, they used to be like overgrown and everything, and he’s been in here by himself and cut them all out, which is crazy. And now we have another one. Whoa, that’s my foot. That’s my bike. I need Rob for the lights. What is it about riding through a tunnel? It’s just so cool. It’s even cooler when you got no lights. I don’t know how much you can see. Don’t know if I’m going to leave this in the edit or not. But what a cool experience. Oh, I wish I had my suspension in there. Oh my god. Oh, that was cool. Bones around him. I was like, “Oh [ __ ] This is cool. Oh, baby. I love this. I’m so glad you’re here to join me on what is an amazing time in Romania. I mean, October’s got to be the best time of year to come here. It’s right at the end of the season. I think they got a week left before they close for the year. And it’s just the perfect weather. I mean, I know we’ve had a bit of rain, but still it’s not cold. And just look how beautiful it is everywhere. So good. We’ve been here in summer as well, like 40° heat. And that was absolutely amazing for the mountain tops. But the trails in this, it’s just amazing. And we’re back, ladies and gentlemen. Day two complete. Now time to have some fun and drink some drinks. Good morning. Welcome to the last day of Romania. It’s a cold one outside, but it’s absolutely beautiful day and I think we’re riding bikes and buggies today. So, obviously you can tell in my voice that I’m a bit tired. So, I was up till 2:00 in the morning last night waiting for deliveries of these buggies. Also, I drank a lot of local moonshine last night, which is an amazing stuff. It doesn’t even taste that bad. Like, it tastes really nice and you don’t realize how strong it is. So, that got pretty messy last night. like me, Rob as pretty pretty wrecked to be fair. But yeah, basically took delivery of these buggies. This is what we’re going to be riding this afternoon. We’re riding bikes in the morning, I think. But yeah, look what we’ve got. Got three buggies for the boys. So, we got 950 CF motor. These things, right, the quality is actually insane. Got an 800 and another 950. Obviously, you can tell pretty cold this morning. But it’s a beautiful day. It should warm up, man. Waking up here every morning is just insane. But anyway, going to get kitted up. We’re going to head I have put weight on in my face in like a couple of days from eating and drinking. Going to get kitted up. Going to head out on the bikes this morning. I think we’re following people in the buggies. Going to go for a bit of a play around. And then this afternoon, me and the boys are going in the buggies. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the last day of Romania. So, we’re just following this group out on the buggies to the top of this beautiful mountain and then we’re going to come out for lunch and then me and the boys are going to head out in the buggies. So, it should be pretty epic today. What a day for it. Last day here. My front wheel bearings, on the other hand, are absolutely screwed. It’s wobbling like crazy. It’s very unsafe and I’m hoping they’re not going to explode. So, uh we’ll see. Look at that. It’s beautiful. Oh, it stopped. It won’t start, you know. Yeah. That’s not good, is it? Well, I can’t ride this all day, can I? So, I realized my bike doesn’t start. So, I got to get bumped everywhere, which is not fun. But, as long as I’m riding, I’m seeing this. I’m going to start coming here like four times a year. This is just so much better than anything I’ve ever experienced. It’s insane. So good. Oh, I found a hill climb. You can probably take off from there quite big, can you? Oh, that’s a big hill. Wow. Okay. Whoa. Hey, lovely. This view never gets old. Every time you come to Romania, you got to come up here.
