Does anyone have Clarijs panniers?

I like them a lot, and I think they would serve my needs very well. I carry a ton of groceries. I would really like to hear from someone that has them. For the double panniers:

QUESTIONS:

1. How wide is the part between the sides, that goes over the top of the rack?
2. Is there a way to keep the bags from flapping away from the sides of the bike?
3. Do they fold down flat when empty?
4. Did you get a cutaway on the top?
