The Allez was supposed to be my winter beater… Now I have 2 fancy roadbikes. Build overall Was pretty reasonable (3500€ with powermeter and pedals). Didn't plan to get a second pair of carbon hoops but here we are, one decent deal on scope's r5.a later… Full 105 di2 (best groupset for the money), the obligatory sl7 stem conversion, specialized compact drop alloy flare gravel bars (38 cm), supacaz tape, selle Italia slr tm l3 saddle, elite leggero bottlecages and conti 5k s tr 28 mm.
The aeroad might look stock but it's pretty customized aswell: selle Italia slr kit carbonio l3, dt Swiss arc 1400 62 mm (stock was arc 1600 55) with conti aero 29/ gp 5k s tr 28, ultegra chain and pulley wheels, dura ace bottom bracket and the casettte has the big dura ace spider (5 titanium sprockets) and 7 steel sprockets from the ultegra cassette. Also the aero drops because I'll never ride not flared bars again. Price was 4500€ after all upgrades.
Aeroad is 8 kg flat and allez 8,7 kg. Both with pedals, computer mount and 40/40 g tubeless sealant.
