  1. I tried this on my 15 year old trek. The first screws eventually came off after some work. After that I had no success with the next step, got the tool to connect to the threads, put even with a lot of force could not get the crankarms to even move.

  2. Those cranks look like the ones shimano recalled more than a decade ago because they tend to crack when you torque them a bit too hard on the bottom bracket.

  3. Not, let's see how cool and fast someone that does this shit every day can do it. BTW I'm sure everyone's impressed, I know that I am. I thought this would take you through the steps with a little narration. But you know what , fuck fixing my bike. I'll just watch this seventy three more times.

  4. I'm trying to find a way to do it without spending money on that tool 🙄
    Of course it'll be easy with the tool ment for it.

    I live in the country and don't even have somewhere to buy it. And I don't want to sp nd the money I don't have. But I need to replace my bearings so I can get to work without walking.
