Not much of the original bike left. Mountain bike converted to mountain commuter.

I'm very happy with where it is now, but there's always more to do!

Eventually the plan is to move all the upgraded parts (virtually everything except the frame) to a new steel frame. I'm really considering the BlackSnow Pangaea Mk2.
